AI Philosophy
A tool, not a substitute.
Artificial Intelligence is growing fast and many are choosing to adopt it. AI can help improve workflows and help with many mechanical tasks, but many people don't yet know how to properly use it.
I use AI sparingly and meaningfully. I draft every word and do first pass edits on everything I do. Only then, do I have AI proofread and provide suggestions (not changes).
Every word you see here was written by me. I've taken classes and been challenged by professors who are taking the charge in using AI in supplemental creative ways, while mitigating the vices and slop that comes from it.
I am willing to discuss how I use AI in my workflow, when I use it, and my thoughts for how it should be used. It is a changing technology, so my thoughts on it are always shifting. I am weary and skeptical of the technology and the impact it will cause, but I am enthusiastic for the new avenues it will open for those who know how to use it well.
